Private Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Whether a local or visiting the Finger Lakes area, have some fun on the water by moving mindfully through a yoga practice for every skill. No experience necessary. Surround yourself in nature and learn how to connect the mind and body through breath while being on a paddle board. Classes can be super slow, very chill, or stronger & challenging, depending on clients abilities and experience expectations
Restorative/Yin Yoga
Restorative can be beneficial for everyone. We all need to slow down more to disconnect from distractions and let our parasympathetic nervous system calm down. Benefits & science are abundant on the why: support from yoga props make this a slow, roll around on the floor experience.
Chair Yoga/Adaptive Yoga
Chair yoga is done seated, accessible by everyone and every ability. Most postures can be accessed from the seat and can also include standing while using the chair as a prop. Think: maximum benefit, least amount of effort.
